Spring Cleaning for the Soul: A Lenten Retreat in Daily Life

Three one-hour workshops:

Join Gael Hogan, Spiritual Director and Transformational Life Coach in Calgary, as she leads this Zoom retreat over three sessions, on February 27, March 6 and March 13, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Fee for each workshop is $10.00, payable after registration by e-transfer to gaelh@telus.net.

Saturday, February 27: Unlocking the Doors to Forgiveness: Explore what forgiveness is and learn three powerful forgiveness practices.

Saturday, March 6: Turning Fear into Faith: Discover how the unknown creates fear in us and learn three tools for turning fear into strength, hope, gratitude and faith.

Saturday, March 13: Listening to the Still Small Voice: Deepening our Prayer: Learn the signals the Spirit is sending you for growth, to listen more deeply, and a powerful question to ask every day to draw you closer to God.

NOTE: As of April 9, 2023, the Parishes of St. Cyprian's, Lacombe and St. John's, Olds, resumed receiving wine at Eucharist from the common cup. If this is uncomfortable for you, please know that you can accept the wafer of bread and then simply touch the base of the chalice of wine, and be deemed to have received the sacrament in both kinds. Coffee hour has been restored at St. Cyprian's parish, with a bit of distancing at the tables. Masks are optional, and a matter of personal choice, including during corporate singing.

Please continue in prayer for leaders at all levels, facing difficult decisions every day, for all on the front lines of health care and emergency response, for all facing illness of any kind, and/or grieving the loss of loved ones for any reason.
