Yard Sale Recap!

Thanks to everyone who came out today to help with our first Parish Yard Sale in 2 years. The weather wasn't helpful (we had to move it into the hall) -- perhaps next year the Lord with have a stronger rein on Mother Nature! -- but we did raise some much-needed funds, and it was a good time of fellowship.

Some familiar faces came out to shop, and the bake table -- as usual! -- was a big success.

Thanks in particular to master S. for helping his elders with the heavy lifting; to all who baked for the bake sale and coffee/treat table; to Carol B. for organizing the coffee; to Vickie C. and Mike C. for working at the cash register; to Ron R. for schlepping the remaining unsold items to Castaways charity thrift shop; and to Pat C. for herding all the cats!
